He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for his zealous representation of his clients.<\/p><p>Mr. Husain is currently a Special Advisor to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the chairman of the Ethics Commission for the City of Houston, and the chairman of the South Asian Chamber of Commerce. He has served as a member of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Panel, as the Vice President of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, as a former commissioner for Building and Standards Commission for the City of Houston, and as a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.<\/p><p>Mr. Husain is licensed to practice in Texas, New York, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. He is also is a licensed solicitor for England and Wales. He is also licensed to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Federal Court for the Northern District of Texas, U.S. Federal Court for the Southern District of Texas, U.S. Federal Court for the Western District of Texas, U.S. Federal Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the Texas Supreme Court, New York Come of Appeals and the District of Columbia. Mr. Husain is a certified Mediator and has successfully represented his clients in both State and Federal Courts. He is also a member of the International Bar Association and the London Court of International Arbitration.<\/p><p>Mr. Husain graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with B.A. in Political Science (1994) and South Texas College of Law (J.D., 1997).
